  • Must present valid government-issued ID at the time of service.  Acceptable forms of ID include: Driver's License or Passport.
 
  • Payment must be made at the time of scheduling, unless otherwise notified. You will be prompted to make your payment on the scheduling link. Additional payment may be required at the time of service based on the specific details of your service.
